How does check-in with the key box work?
Check-in is contactless from 3 pm via our key box. You will receive your personal code from us before arrival. Important: after entering the code, press the # key at the end – only then will the box open.
When is check-out?
Check-out is by 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request, subject to availability.
How much is a double room for single occupancy?
Our double rooms (FZ2–FZ4) cost from €80 per night for double occupancy. For single occupancy the price is €60 per night.
Are there discounts for long stays?
Yes, discounts for long-term guests are available on request. Please state the planned length of stay in your enquiry – we will be happy to prepare an individual offer.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available right at the house – also for fitters’ vans.
Can I charge my electric car?
Yes, there are EV charging stations at the house. Charging costs €0.40 per kWh. E-bikes can be charged too.
Where can I store bicycles?
In our lockable bike storage – ideal for guests on the Mur Cycle Path. A wash area and tools are available.
How fast is the Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi with up to 300 Mbit/s – suitable for remote work and video calls.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are possible on request. Please mention this in your enquiry.
Do you also rent to fitters and companies?
Yes. We offer fitter accommodation in the Mur valley with parking, invoicing to your company and discounts for long-term guests on request.
Is breakfast included?
No, the accommodation is without breakfast. The apartments have their own kitchen; room guests can use the café lounge with kitchen.
