Winter: skiing & ski touring
Three ski areas are within easy reach: family-friendly Grebenzen (≈ 14 km, ≈ 17 min), Lachtal near Oberwölz (≈ 17 km, ≈ 20 min) and Kreischberg near Murau (≈ 28 km, ≈ 30 min). The house has a ski room, and after a day on the slopes the Aqualux spa in Fohnsdorf awaits.
Summer: hiking & cycling
The Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Nature Park lies right outside your window – alpine pastures, moors and peaks up to the Zirbitzkogel (2,396 m). The Mur Cycle Path (R2) runs through Scheifling. For cyclists: lockable bike storage, e-bike charging, wash area and tools.
